"This is the most beautiful setting imaginable! The view of the jungle rain Forrest from our room balcony was breathtaking with the sounds of birds, crickets and other wildlife. The art, service, room, were all of the highest quality! Be aware that the pathways between reception and restaurant and room are very steep. The hotel is very happy to take you from place to place via golf carts, though. The nature of this setting is remote, so there is not other restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle to town. It is truly a jewel for a remote but luxurious getaway. We will be back and stay longer!"

"Fantastic stay. Extended an extra night. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet when they had it was very good. Some days it was a la carte. Very clean and quick housekeeping. Bathrooms were open to the air. Easy access to the private beach area. Beautiful view of the sunset"

"Beautiful facilities and grounds. The attention to detail in every corner of the rooms and resort is impeccable. The staff are so extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was prepared perfectly and everything we ate here over our 3 day stay was delicious. The information available at every stop along your walk through the park is so helpful and we learned so much about the amazing creatures that call this little slice of heaven, home. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."

"The staff were service oriented, very hospitable from the start and checking in via WhatsApp for our needs/questions and also for a smooth arrival/departure. The room does not have a tv but that wasn’t a concern for us just something to take note. It is really big and clean, the bathtub was amazing as well though the water may not remain hot to fill it completely. The breakfast is not a buffet but more than sufficient with many vegan and vegetarian options. Overall I loved the property and would love to come back "
