"I booked this place for a ski trip. Great location for getting to the mountains. The reason I booked this particular property was because it was listed as having a hot tub (and a pool). There is no hot tub or pool on the property; the listing is inaccurate. When I pointed this out to the host, they tried to argue that their jetted bath tubs count as hot tubs. I will let the reader decide whether they agree."

"The house was clean and the perfect size. downsides: the street was under heavy construction so was hard to get in and out, the front/back lawns weren’t mowed, our truck had difficulty getting up the narrow drive (bushes should’ve been trimmed, a huge load of linens was left in the dryer. Otherwise, great place and I’d rent again after street construction is complete."

"We have 2 daughters living in SLC that could not come home for Christmas…so we went to them! Our other 4 adult children were able to stay in Sugar House with us and we had a lovely Christmas. The dining table was ample enough for all the family plus some local friends of daughters who had no family in town. Loved being able to fit 11 people around the table for Christmas dinner. "Older home with modern updates in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the appliances and bathrooms were just like the advertised pictures, new and easy to operate. The big back yard was nice, as we enjoyed our evenings out there playing with our small dog. The neighborhood was nice and centrally located to all of our activities. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were in town for our son’s graduation. The house. Is very convenient to the U and in a great location close to shops and restaurants in Sugarhouse. Properly was super clean. Bathroom upstairs is very small and the one downstairs that has the shower and the tub/shower combo was much larger and nicer. There are a lot of beds but truly only 2 actual bedrooms.
