The bedrooms downstairs were freezing. We couldn’t locate a thermostat anywhere downstairs.We assumed that meant the heat downstairs was controlled by the upstairs thermostat but it didn’t specify separate zones so we were confused. "House was clean, well appointed and we loved that the fur babies could come! The property was overgrown, but we were there before the real “season” hits. Our immediate concerns were dealt with right away. My only real complaint is if you have a boat trailer and/or more than one vehicle, parking on the steep hill is unpleasant and you’re constantly moving vehicles. But that could just be us. We parked our boat trailer at a friend’s house in town. I loved the a/c and docks. And the view is...

"Good! Off of the main strip easy to get to and from activities. Downside was gery chilly in the home even with turning up heat. Overall great stay would come again."

"I stayed here with my sisters and our husbands to attend a wedding at The Barn at Lord Howe... The house was absolutely beautiful and met our needs perfectly. Located a mere 4 minute drive from the venue, the house was fully equipped and Evolve was phenomenal to work with during our stay. They provided tons of information on all the local sites and things to do in the area! Highly recommend!"

"This house was carefully renovated with a beautiful mixing of old and new. We came from Pa. to a watch our grandson in a basketball tournament. We had no idea that this was such a great town. From the house it was an easy walk to very good restaurants with convenient shopping and an excellent bakery. Would like to stay again just to explore the town."
