"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel, our stay was only two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. "I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Words cannot describe the private open air bath which we used as much as possible. We had dinner and breakfast included - these meals may be challenging for western tastes but if you're feeling adventurous, go for it! Unfortunately the public bath was closed when we visited so I cannot comment on this."

"Great staff: we reached very late at night. The manager was kind enough to extend our onsen reservation for half hour without us asking.
