"The reception, restaurant and room cleaning staff are very friendly. The number of bellboys has decreased, so when I got off the airport bus, they couldn't help me carry my luggage to the reception. However, only John helped me."

"We stayed as 2 females from london. Breakfast was amazing and it was a 25 minute walk into the central area with all the musuems. However despite the security guards outside, the area did feel slightly unsafe at night. The lighting in the room was awful but we would stay again. "

We called and complained but there wasn’t much that could be done. The dog’s owners were not to be found. Their current position on dogs makes us reconsider staying here in the future. "
