"We had a family room, 3 adults and 2 children, at the last minute we had to bring the dog, Lorraine was very accommodating, we stayed for 2 nights and only got charged £10 extra for the dog, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely, would definitely stay here again. Excellent parking at the hotel."

"Very enjoyable stay. Owners are very nice and welcoming and happy to help. Very clean and modern property. Superbly tasty breakfast. Room and en suite of a generous size and comfy bed. Good location, tram stop for getting into the city centre is only a short walk up the road. For us the only downsides were limited parking although we were lucky to get the driveway spot and the road it’s situated on is quite noisy, even at night. Nevertheless we would stay again."

"This is a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tidy B and B with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. "This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. The electrics tripped 3 times and i had to keep putting the switch back up. The tv didnt work. I had to keep getting up to use the buttons on the tv itself. The screen...
