Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich habe im Haus Liebe übernachtet: Was Besseres kann man sich nicht wünschen. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel immer wieder gern. "We booked to stay at Haus Saarland am Rennsteig. On arriving at the hotel we found it was closed and a notice telling us to go to another hotel, Hotel Thuringenschanze which was about 0.5km away. Since we had arrived by public transport we had to walk there with our luggage. On checking in at the new hotel we were not offered Oberhof guest cards. "Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und eignet sich für Besucher 60+, die gerne in vergangenen Zeiten schwelgen. Modern ist anders. Es liegt im Tal, ist daher ziemlich dunkel. Ich würde es als Durchgangsstation für Wanderungen empfehlen, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war reichlich und das Personal freundlich."

"Super schöne Gegend (trotz nicht so tollen Wetter). Vermieter sehr freundlich, Haus liebevoll eingerichtet, zum wohlfühlen . Zum einkaufen benötigt man ein auto, ohne geht nicht viel. Schade,das Sehenswürdigkeiten im Ort geschlossen hatten. Fahren gerne wieder hin."

"We spent Xmas and New Years at the cabin. We had a wonderful time. This is an ideal place to completely unwind and relax. The forest is 2 minutes away. We were lucky we had snow, and we took winter walks in the forest. The cabin is cozy and had lots lots of character. Thre are fantastic views of the forest from the upstairs balcony. The balcony was also ideal to see in all the New Year's Eve fireworks. Udo and his family were very welcoming. Thank you we had a fantastic time at the cabin."
