"I liked the idea of discounted parking but I couldn’t get the ticket payment machine to work and was charged €50 for parking. Nothing is in English in the parking garage so you can easily become a prisoner. Aloft’s cop-out is they don’t own the garage. The dryer in the laundry room is also a joke. After 2 hours, my clothes were still wet. The only saving graces are the great employees and the convenience of having an Aldi next door and a food court. "

"The lack of A/C and too hot a room, plus too soft beds, required opening the windows to all the sirens and noise and an uncomfortable lack of sleep. Plus, the Can-opener was broken and NO ONE to call to get a replacement. The "soft-bed" was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable."
