Everyone who works here is super nice and competent at their jobs. The sauna is not the biggest but works well. The breakfast buffet has lots of delicious fresh options and the dining room is massive. The bar is small but has a live piano player and very good staff. When you scan your room key card in the elevator it automatically selects your floor so you don’t even have to press the button. Very comfortable mattress. Room service burger was pretty decent, and waiter who brought it very kind and courteous. No shower curtain just a half glass door, but I’m learning that’s pretty common for Germany. All around beautiful opulent place, tiny bit dated but excellent nonetheless. Would recommend highly.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. The Piano bar in the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is close to the Stuttgart Main Central Station and I was able to purchase a three day metro pass from the desk after I checked in. We definitely will stay here again when we visit the area.

I booked this hotel through a third party and originally had booked it for Sept 30. I had changed my plans and tried to change the hotel to the following night, and no one was able to make this happen because my third-party reservation had no changes. I really want to book at a different hotel because it seemed that you were not very accommodating for my changes. I finally decided that i did not want to search further for a different hotel and just rebooked for the next night as well. It ended up costing me way more than double to book the room for the next night and the room stayed empty for the first night. This did not make me happy. The hotel was great, and I would have given all excellent reviews except the fact that they would not help me out with a better rate or anything for the next night even though this was my fault and did not notice that i could not change.
