This place is dated, tired, bathroom dark and old, old greyish towels with holes in them. I was charged $20 for minibar on my credit card with no explanation or receipt sent to me. They refused to refund, asked to call reception- I was put on hold for a while and hung up as it’s too expensive to call from Canada. Minibar charges to quests not using minibar are simply unacceptable - would never trust providing my credit card number to this hotel ever again. Would never stay here again - Mövenpick next door costs more but no savings is worth staying in this hotel.

I rated comfort average mainly because the room was very dark, with only a few lights. But, the biggest issue was no plug in the bathroom for hairdryer, flat iron, etc. AND there was not a single plug near a mirror outside of the bathroom.

Great pick at the STR airport
The hotel is located just a few meters from the last U-Stadtbahn stop of the U6, and from there it is only a short way to the airport. The staff was very friendly, and even though we had to leave for our flight already shortly after 4am we got surprises by the possibility to grab a free coffee and mini croissant close to the lobby. A very nice gesture and start into a travelling day :) The cleaning personnel may have checked a bit closer eg also under the beds, but all in all a great experience. Thank you!
