"This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

"Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend. "

"Wonderful little house by the water. Extremely clean and tidy. Saw sea turtles everyday by the beach and fed the fishes in the aquarium. Close to everything in Georgetown. Would highly recommend. "

"Vanderbilt Villa is a beautiful home. Our family enjoyed everyday sitting out on the porch taking in the views. The amenities of February Point were great. Highly recommend eating at the Rusty Anchor which had Great Views, Service and Food. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting our Favorite Island!!! Thanks so much "

"We had a great stay at Bougainvillea! Endalyn, Karin, and Cecil were excellent hosts. It was so easy to communicate with them all and everyone was very responsive. When we had questions or problems with the house, they solved them! The house was a great size and perfect location on the beach in Tar Bay. I hope to be back again next summer!!! Thank you all for an excellent stay!"

"We stayed 5 nights and the place was exactly what was shown and described in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The electricity cut off one night for about 40 minutes and the owner said that was fairly common on the island. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience the entire stay. "

Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!"
