"The property was amazing and the caretaker, Norman, was wonderful. He was very helpful, took us back and fourth to main island whenever we wanted to go. We were able to tie up to the dock, which was very helpful for us. The property could use a little bit of maintenance but otherwise was really nice."

"This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

"Tranquility was the perfect spot to stay for me, my wife and daughter. My daughters wish for the trip was beaches, relaxing, shopping, and animal encounters. With our excursion with Exuma Water Sports (30 mins west) we checked off swimming pigs and feeding the iguanas. "This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental"

"We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island."

"We enjoyed our stat at Xtoria West. The property was clean, stocked kitchen (spices and cookware...) plenty of towels. There are beach chairs and umbrellas. Washer dryer.View was incredible from the screen room. It even had TV. Food on the island wasnt to our liking but we brought frozen meat. Cant buy beef there, or deli meats. mostly chicken, food and drinks are expensive, pack accordingly. Roads are hard to drive on with all the potholes and on the left side, but we made due. "The owners were tremendous in helping us around the island to enjoy everything that you would want to experience. Great location, nice place, no issues. Had a car and was able to get from East to West. Grocery and liquor store was close, and when we needed something else, Larry and Simone were able to help us and get it. Wouldn’t trade anything for our stay, super happy with the room, location, and service. Will be back!"

"The Lodge was clean and bright. I particularly like the water filtration system eliminating the need and expense of buying water for cooking and drinking. Spencer, the host, was always immediately available through Whatsapp to answer questions and take care of any concerns.
