"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"

"We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy as was check out. We left our bags for a couple of hours whilst we enjoyed our last day in Vienna. The room was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Salt,pepper, coffee pods and teabags. "The location is excellent for exploring many of the major attractions of Vienna. Quite a few are within an easy 10 to 20 minute walk. The staff is super helpful and well-informed. Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. We would stay here again when we visit again. "
