"Great hotel for families with plenty activities on site and nearby. Only downfall was it was a bit noisy with squeaky floorboards so you could hear everybody walking down corridors but that wouldnt put me off staying again as all the other plus points more than made up for it."

"The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well accommodated. They even carried out (incredibly heavy!!) suitcases upstairs for us. The food was incredible and there was so much variety. The only issue was the shower in our room which didn’t have temperature control and the screen was a bit broken. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only there one night and the standalone bath was beautiful!! The rooms need a little updating but the space is incredible and the rooms were always clean. "

"Our room was delightful, sunny when we arrived and very welcoming. We had a large corner room with the most comfortable bed. Restaurant was fab and the whisky bar staff were very knowledgeable. Great staff and great service. We loved our stay! Thankyou"

"This is a Beautiful old 120 year old hotel with all of its charm and its great that its running Most get gutted out and turned into super expensive and exclusive rooms without any thought to the community Theres not many treasures like this left these days I bet the locals are so glad of that too Its a lovely friendly place with very friendly staff and excellent meals I wish you all the best 👍"

"We were on a long drive home from the North Coast to Edinburgh and decided late to give up and spend the night in Aviemore. This was perfect, lovely hotel, great service, excellent filling breakfast included. And perfect location for heading up to the Cairngorm Mountain Railway the next day. "
