"Amazing room and amenities. Easy check in and out. Good check out time (12 am) so plenty of time to get ready to get sorted ready to leave. Also really nice shower and soaps. Great room service and bar however the bar was a bit pricey(£5.50 for a small bowl of nuts that didn’t taste great) drinks on the other hand were impeccable and worth that little bit extra would highly recommend."

"Nice stay. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and everyone had to stand outside for a while. Pretty funny and memorable. The staff handled it well. "

"This was our second stay at this property and we are fans. It’s a great location for visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, the theaters there, and the historical sites. The staff is outstanding - they have helped us book car service when we’ve needed it and answer oddball questions when we have those. They are very concerned with food allergies at the restaurant and you may even be asked about those allergies multiple times, it’s kind of sweet. We really like their breakfasts and had dinner there this time too because we got in rather late the first night. The hotel is just 5 or 6 blocks from the Avon and the RSC, so a fairly easy walk even when you have walking issues like I do, so consider that if you want to enjoy the town, but Uber is prevalent and taxis are also easy to book in advance. "
