The room was however comfortable and had a great view and we appreciated the gift of biscuits but would have liked milk with the room coffee. "Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"Just a short walk from the train station and then you are right in the middle of the city. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Room was clean with plenty of space. Staff was really friendly and I appreciated the free coffee anytime. Would definitely stay again."
