"When we arrived the staff were very helpful, and although we had arrived a couple of hours before check in, they advised us that the room was ready and we could drop our luggage off. They informed us that the car parking is anywhere in the public parking area, and there were plenty of spaces directly across the road from the Hotel. At times there were signs that there were insufficient staff on duty, which caused delays at mealtimes and in the bar. The staff continued to do their very best; any resulting problems were due to this apparent lack of resources. "
