"I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great location. Went to Warner Theater in erie. Only 30 min. Away. Very quiet except for the soothing sound of the lake. Rainy most of time but still able to sit on the deck. The house is very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen. Had a great stay. P.S. can walk close by to get food or dine out. All walking distance. Thanks"

"This large country home was perfect for our recent trip to NY/PA for my nephew’s wedding. Our party included my husband & I, our kids, their spouses & our two grandkids. This home is beautifully decorated and had everything we could’ve needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The host very kindly left us some apples, cheese & crackers too! It is conveniently located to several major roadways and stores. There was some road noise, but it wasn’t too bad. David, the host, was very responsive...
