"Best smelling and clean hotel "

"This was a quick one-night stop on a road trip to Maine. We arrived late, but the manager was ready and expecting us. His friendly smile made us feel very welcome. The property is interesting, if not a little bit quirky. But everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room is a delightful mixture of retro styling (bathroom tiles colors are very 60s-70s) and modern comfort (new bed with memory foam mattress topper). And it's a quick drive to the downtown of Westfield, NY, which is quaint and has a great little coffee shop, not to mention that it's a 5-minute drive to the Lake Erie shore. We'd stay here again if our itinerary called for it. Thanks!"

"Just the parking lot needs to be bigger"

"Much nicer than the places I had previously stayed at in Warren when I came up to participate in the Wild Winds Folk Arts and Crafts Festival. Room was clean and as described. I did not have the included breakfast so I can’t review that. It’s a quiet area. There are restaurants not too far from the hotel. Having the Walmart right across the street was very convenient. My only complaint was the stomping around from the person in the room above me for 1 night of my stay but that was not within the hotel’s control. "

"Staff here are terrific. Down to earth and professional as can be. Facilities inside the hotel are top notch. City is past its prime, with the attendant problems. Lucille Ball Museum is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays."
