"Traffic from main road is noisy and I got woken up by the smell of cannabis coming through my window. Someone was smoking a joint at 5am outside the front of the hotel. Otherwise stay was fine and good value for money in comparison to single rooms at hotels. "

"We totally enjoyed the time we stayed in the PHhostel with the three staff we saw, very friendly, funny and very helpful when we needed anything. We only had one issue we didn’t like and that was the bathroom situation as each time we went to it, we found it to be dirty, no toilet roll or very messy. "

"Myself and my colleague stayed over for a training event we had in birmingham, this was a fab hotel rooms basic but clean which is all you need, fabulous places for transport links and shops (which we were able to go have a wee look at), breakfast was beautiful with plenty opitions and the reception/bar area was lovely and welcoming."

"The hotel and rooms are of a high standard and the staff is kind and helpful. Aston Uni is across the street which seems a good place for a walk. Three things to be aware of: 1. If you have perfume sensitivities, the lobby and bar are treated with a perfume which can be a problem for you. We tried to move through quickly to minimise our bodies’ reactions. 2. "On the whole the stay was fine. However we had a meal in the restaurant and was told by the waiter it would be put on the bill. However sometime after ten pm when we were all asleep we had a call saying we need to go to the restaurant to pay the bill. Our granddaughter was asleep and this woke her up.i had to get dressed. Friends weekend spa treat

"Warm welcome, fuss free check in. Room easy to find and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely pod coffee machine. We used the spa and facilities. The only negative i can say is that it was very busy so we had no where to sit. People put towels on the beds but didnt use them for a long time. Breakfast was good. Small selection but plenty of options."

Spectacular

"This was our first stay at the Hotel Indigo in Stratford and I have to say it was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in the door the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and shown to our room which was utterly stunning. It felt cosy and warm, we were delighted. The room was clean and had all amenities and some complimentary drinks and snacks. We chose to have the breakfast which was fantastic. Local ingredients, all fresh, with a great selection across the breakfast bar. All in all, we loved our stay and we can't wait to go back."
