"The property was kept clean on the inside with the exception of the tub side rug. The rug needed to be replaced with a clean one at least every other day since it was a shared bathroom rental space. The management did not make any effort to keep the front of the building cleaned. The same trash that was out side on the sidewalk and grass when we arrived was still there 5 days later when we left. "
