"Very friendly reception staff. Manu was so helpful with local suggestions and assisting with arranging parking for us. Room clean but very basic and in need of some repairs - PowerPoint hanging off wall in bathroom, badly cracked mirror But the property is very central and has parking underneath (must pre-book). petite France less than 10 minutes, Notre Dame Cathedral 5 minutes, lots of restaurants and bars at the doorstep, supermarket 3 minutes, Galleries Lafayette around the corner. "The picture online shows a clean, attractive little sleeping area; it doesn't show the huge bathroom, the table, the kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, and microwave (plus dishes in the cabinets), or the French doors offering a view outside. Or the air conditioner, which worked very well during a very hot part of the summer. Or the host, who was most kind and helpful."

"Some positives; very friendly and helpful staff, less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Short walk to the mall, shopping, and center of town which has an abundance of Christmas Markets this time of year. The room has a small kitchenette which was very nice. "Location is amazing, walking straight out into the Kleber plaza. I was worried at first about how small my room was, but it ended up being great and I had everything I needed. The front desk staff was friendly! The breakfast was in a delightful little room and had plenty of options. This hotel is in the center of town and within walking distance to most everything you'll want to see in Strasbourg"

"We stayed at the Hotel Tandem during Christmas season. Loved the hotel and staff. Location is across from main train station - very convenient if arriving by train. No on-site parking and parking options are limited; especially on holiday weekends. We would stay at Hotel Tandem again if in Strasbourg in the future."
