"We were only here for one night but we would definitely stay again. It was nice to be able to control the room temperature with a traditional radiator thermostat. The room was nice and warm when we arrived but at night we were able to cool it right down. Other hotels we’ve stayed at recently have been very cold. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the young gentleman on reception organised a taxi for us and was so polite and professional. The only problem was the shower didn’t seem to work quite right for shower pressure but maybe it was just our room. We look forward to staying again and hopefully will have more time to visit the spa etc. "

"Great stay in a disable room apart from house keeping forgot hand wash but there was shower gel and moisturiser in wet area so managed and use own anti Bac gel The Hotel couldn’t do enough for every one especially this morning when Sheffield city centre was covered in snow.
