"This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

"Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend. "

"We had a great stay at Bougainvillea! Endalyn, Karin, and Cecil were excellent hosts. It was so easy to communicate with them all and everyone was very responsive. When we had questions or problems with the house, they solved them! The house was a great size and perfect location on the beach in Tar Bay. I hope to be back again next summer!!! "We stayed 5 nights and the place was exactly what was shown and described in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The electricity cut off one night for about 40 minutes and the owner said that was fairly common on the island. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience the entire stay. "
