"There truly can't be a more perfect place to stay in the Caribbean, let alone on Exuma. This is our 4th visit to Exuma, and without a doubt, this is the best home we've rented. It is pristine and stocked with everything you could possibly need—right down to an electric corkscrew! The beach is the calmest and most beautiful on the island. We celebrated a memorable 60th birthday here, and it was fantastic. We highly recommend Chef Keva, Betty’s food delivery, and Jackie's pizza. We've already booked for 2025 and can’t wait to return. Many thanks to Dave and Yvonne for their excellent communication, and to the property manager, Andrew who checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Wonderful property with a fabulous dock on a saltwater flat. Cottage was tidy and had all of the nececcities one would need. Stellar back porch with fans and a great view. The Wi-Fi worked great during my stay and the AC quickly cooled the unit. The hostess was interesting, engaging and responsive, although I did not need to reach out for any logistical reasons. Listing was accurate and possibly undersells the fantastic view, sunset and dock. There were few surprises as the descrition is fairly accurate. Some things to be aware of, which are mostly mentioned in other comments: Dogs (they were great, but know they are around), roads (not so great, but it was expected), during my stay, there were (3) one person kayaks (which was fine for me), "the washroom", which is an outside locked room next to the garage, (key in desk drawer) holds a treasure trove of goodies, including the cushions for all the outside furniture, snorkel gear, the good paddles for kayak, washer/dryer etc..I had no idea until my last day. After you book, there is also a requirement to leave $125 in cash for cleaning on your departure. I was aware of this before booking from reading other reviews. All and all a fantastic location, hostess, and destination. "

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about our vacation experience at this property in Little Exuma. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was stunning—pristine, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters were absolutely breathtaking, and we had direct access to some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. The location was perfect for exploring the beaches. We snorkeled right on the property, went kayaking and enjoyed boat trips to secluded sandbars and lobster fishing. It felt like we had our own little slice of paradise. The manager Judy was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and responsive to every question or request. They truly made sure our stay hassle-free and memorable. If you’re considering a vacation at the Blue Lagoon don’t hesitate to book! This was one of the best trips we’ve ever had, and we’re already planning our next trip! "

"The Sandbar is an incredible ocean front home on one of the most beautiful beaches you’ll ever see. Our 9 night stay there as a family of 10 was perfect and Heather was most helpful in planning our vacation-from activities to chef services to just enjoying the house. The house itself is stunning, comfortable and well stocked. She has thought of everything. I highly recommend this property and host and hope we will be returning again. I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else on the island. A true gem! "

"What a wonderful place to get away from everything. The beaches are magnificant, the views from the rooms are breathtaking, the restaurant "Snappy Turtle" is spot on with food and drink and everyone that works here is as warm, friendly and attentive as can be. You will not be dissapointed. "
