"The homes location is close to George Town , yet has the feeling of being a private island, with nearly a soul in sight for the days we were here. The house itself was clean and well equipped for our family of 4. The views were spectacular. The waterfront was perfect for kids. Bambi and Doug were great hosts. "

"Our multi-generational family of 7 stayed at this property for Spring Break, and each of us loved it! The location is great, just minutes from the airport, and a central location for exploring both sides of the island. It's also right next to the Exuma sign, which makes for a great landmark. Despite the central location and the public parking nearby, the house felt very private, and we rarely saw another person on the beach (which is gorgeous!). Tim's on the Bay is a short walk away for food and drinks, if you desire (but beware the drinks are quite strong!).With 5 bedrooms, each of our children was able to have their own room, which they appreciated! 3 bathrooms means some have to share, including one bedroom that does not have direct access to a bathroom.The house is very well-stocked with everything you need, including multiple kayaks and so much outdoor seating, we never even had the opportunity to enjoy all of the different lounge spots! The espresso maker, ice maker, and water dispenser were welcomed amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the house is quiet and comfortable.All in all, we loved our stay at Villa Oceania and would not hesitate to return again!"

"great property! Staff were super nice and helped us book our full day excursion to the pigs, sharks, sandbar, and more. Having the splash bar restaurant on site was great to come back and end the day conviently and uniquely for dinner. beach side cottage was great, although we only had a partial ocean view and if I were to book again I might choose the more affordable cottages on the other side of the street. "

You’ll try to recreate it at home and fail miserably. Eat it every day—it’s the law. Mr Wang and Marie? Legends. Want a private beach dinner? Done. Kid wants to fish at sunrise? They’ll find a rod. This isn’t just a trip—it’s the story you’ll annoy friends with for years."

"This was our first time being back on a boat in the Bahamas in 30 years. Being in our mid seventy’s we were wondering whether we would find it comfortable but because our hosts, Mathieu and Marc, everything worked out nicely. Both hosts were very personable and could not do enough for us. The dinghy was large and easy to start and allowed us to explore the area. The hosts provided water whenever we needed it. Although the boat was not a luxury yacht, it satisfied our needs. The location inside a well protected harbor on a mooring was ideal especially since we had some bad weather where other boats dragged. If you are sailors, you’ll know what a 1990 30’ Catalina is all about. If you’re not a sailor, you will enjoy the accommodations. Any inconveniences being on a boat are greatly outweighed by the gorgeous location, the inclusion of a dinghy and the helpfulness of the hosts."
