"The property was as advertized. It was very spacious and with many rooms to accommodate our family. Our host was very informative, and prompt to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was filled with pots, pans and utensils for all our cooking needs.The main family rooms had plenty of updated seating where we played many games and enjoyed the billiards table, which i would consider an upgrade or repairs. Unfortunately there is no first floor bathroom, but the elevator was very helpful to gain...

"The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. We had travelers from all corners of Texas and this home was centrally located. Very spacious for our group. Large tables for meeting and planning sessions. Large kitchen for cooking for a large group. The host stopped by to see if we needed anything and was very helpful with a few questions we had. "As soon as we arrived we were able to let our German Shepherd run. Nicely fenced in, with electric gate. The house smells wonderful with the bath and body works wall flowers through out the home. Beds are comfy, toddler loved playing in the game room, showers were hot with great pressure. We will be booking again in the future. "

"Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at this restored farmhouse. It is clean, welcoming, and included everything that we needed. I also run a rental property so I know exactly what the house should and shouldn’t have and I was impressed. The host is very responsive and friendly. We knew that the lake had been drained so we enjoyed the view and peaceful setting. We would recommend it for sure!"

"This place was not clean nor maintained. My grandkids feet were black from walking inside the house (right after their bath) as were others who walked around barefoot in the house. The bunk beds were not safe to sleep in; very unsteady. There was not a pull out sofa, just a sofa and no extra sheets or pillows. We had to go to Walmart and buy pillows. The thermostat downstairs did not work and it was extremely hot. The stair railing was loose and the transition board to the stairs was not firmly...

"We enjoyed this property for our family reunion. The house was cozy and had plenty of sleeping arrangements for our group. Beautiful patio and deck overlooking river. Lots of extras like beach towels, hammocks, rafts, kid toys, etc. We woukd definitely come back for a visit. Recommendation: better mattresses. More updated decor. We asked for a coffee pot because the one is missing. The company stated they woukd bring us one and they never did."
