"Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. The shower was an adventure. You would set the water to the temperature you wanted and then after a while, it went to scalding hot, then to total cold, then back to the original setting. "The property was as advertized. It was very spacious and with many rooms to accommodate our family. Our host was very informative, and prompt to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was filled with pots, pans and utensils for all our cooking needs.The main family rooms had plenty of updated seating where we played many games and enjoyed the billiards table, which i would consider an upgrade or repairs. "This is such a beautiful property! The unit I stayed in was immaculate. It was great to see this property within a neighborhood yet with the animals nearby that may it feel like you were out in the country. It was a very relaxing environment. It was nice to have designated parking with lighting and extra security to get to the units. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to leave some items because I left early due to incoming snow. I'd love to go back to enjoy the pool and hot tub. "
