"Beautiful property! Would have preferred to know about the smoke shop below the loft before booking. When we first arrived our code was not set, but after contacting the host they got it set for us. Very spacious and beautiful space. The hot water heater had been turned off from some work that had been done earlier in the week, but after some communication with the host they got it fixed for us too."

"This place was the best value for a large group. The property was advertised and we had good communication with the managers. Our only issue was it was very hot in the place, but the manager quickly remedied the situation."

"We came to Kansas City for the KC Chiefs Monday night game. The condo was near Country Club Plaza, which was nice as The Plaza had many good restaurants and shops. The condo building was older, with steep steps and stairway, which was a challenge for us, as we are older. But it was clean, cozy, had a comfortable bed, and it worked for us for the three days we were there. "

"Could have used more appliances for cooking but other than that good size place for a group like us. WiFi info was not provided right away and that was a hassle. But it was nice and close to the highway. Enjoyed our stay thank you! "

"Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of."

"the location and place were fine. A lot of things needed 'tightening up.' The bunk bed was not assembled tightly and wobbled. It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out. Things like that. "

"Jim's place was very centric and accessible. The place was clean and he was very chill and lovely to meet. We appreciated his hospitality and most likely come back next time we're in town!"
