"Hot tub not working, icky water and cover half off, broken loungers by pool, some very strange people hanging around…. One women sat at front desk with pajamas and robe, very inprofesaional. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper, no one available so had to take down ourselves, no matching towels and no wrapped toilet paper. Very strange place - do not...

"This was a delightful property. The decor was very fun. Huge island was great for putting food out on. Table was great for playing games. One bedroom had two king beds and a sofa, with a long vanity. It was a bit awkward with the shower right there. (I took a plastic tablecloth and put up for a bit of privacy...but, I am old. "This place was the best value for a large group. The property was advertised and we had good communication with the managers. Our only issue was it was very hot in the place, but the manager quickly remedied the situation."

"The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:)."

"Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of."
