The sofa bed needs replacing due to peeling material and the mattress on this was so thin there is no way an adult could sleep on there. Luckily our 7 year old can sleep anywhere. "Had a wonderful stay at this holiday cottage. The location was great —perfect for exploring the town centre and all that Chichester has to offer, while remaining quiet and peaceful. The cottage was spacious, well-equipped, and the bed comfortable. However, it could have been aired out and warmed up a bit more prior to our arrival, as it took a couple of days to feel truly homely. Aside from this minor issue, it was a lovely space and made for an enjoyable visit.”"

"This house was perfect for me, my husband and my sister. We were at a lunch party on Haying Island and we were able to easily drive to Sheffield Park in the light. The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. We tried to set off the dishwasher just the once, but the top shelf was attached by elastic bands and so we didn't risk putting anything there. Had we been going to stay longer I would...

"Cottage is great, very cosy and the location for being close to all the attractions of Brighton. The downside of the location is the noise when people using the alley way go home… one night students seemed to flow past making a racket till gone 1am… the other nights were not as noisy but when your on holiday doesn’t seem to matter. Would recommend "
