"I had a nice check in experience and had gotten the room for a family member who was in town for a birthday. When they arrive at the party they let em know the room smelled so badly that they were not staying and would drive back to Tyler. They were going to tell management but when they were at the front the lady was already yelling at someone so they just left. Told me to get my money back on that one. "
