"We stayed on the top floor overlooking Chapel Bridge. The cobble roads make it tricky with a suitcase as do the stairs. You have to come to the back of the building to get in. There is no reception. We took the 1 person elevator each day. They have a free washing machine and clothes dryer and we just had to provide our own detergent. Perfect addition. Also able to cook for ourselves which saved lits of money. Would definitely stay in this room again"

But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "
