"The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

"The apartment was very modern and clean but it was up four flights of stairs. Also no AC so it got very warm the two days I was there when Zurich was in the high 80'sF. Had a coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice if they kept some instant coffee in the cupboard."

"This apartment is absolutely lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive to downtown Lucerne. It's also truly walkable (if you can do uphill!! 😅) and there is public transport. VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. If I ever find myself in this area again I'd book this place in a heartbeat."

"The apartment was great. It was large and clean, with a big balcony. The beds were comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms made life easy for the 4 of us! The location was excellent. It was about a 15 minute walk to get the lake and the Chinese garden, with easy transit links to get anywhere farther away. There was also a good grocery store nearby, about a 10 minute walk. "There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "
