Everyone from the valets to the front desk is very nice and always eager to greet us and assist with anything we need. We did receive a room upgrade to a very nice suite. The room was very clean and had everything we could possibly want. The hotel is located in a great spot in which everything is within walking distance and if my car was needed, it was just a quick call to the front desk and it would be ready for me within a few minutes. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. "
