Front and back gardens/yard unkempt with long grass, weeds and spider webs all over fences. Cobwebs inside the Unit. Bedroom door didn’t close as extra bed blocked the door. "Mimosa Cottage is a beautifully appointed, comfortable and warm home. There are so many places in the home to gather together or simply sit alone quietly. The heating is excellent, although the fire ran out of gas while we were there. Nevertheless, the air conditioning kept us quite warm. The kitchen had all we needed (except matches for the fire pit). "Mary Villa was comfortable, spacious, clean and easy. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The house was warm, the beds were comfortable and the location was superb, easy access to restaurants and shops with a car or on foot. We were 12 adults and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. "Avoid this place, I had a horrible experience with this host I stayed at Amaroo Mountaintop Villa for Christmas 2023. The stay itself was pleasant and uneventful. The host (accommodated.com.au) requested a damages bond as part of my stay, which I transferred to them. After my stay, the bond was not returned to me. "Super cute and quirky little cottage with everything we needed for a weekend. The back of the house where the bathroom is is not heated and it was FREEZING. The location was great for getting around but was a bit too close to the main road for my liking. It's also attached to the cottage next door and the neighbour was very noisy."
