"We had a great time! The house has lots of character and has everything you need for playing in the water & enjoying the beautiful property. It was perfect for our crew, because the kids could all stay downstairs together. The gas grill was broken & we couldn't figure out how to turn on the dock lights, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. We are local and we are already planning a moms weekend here!"

It's a perfect location to enjoy all the food, walking, and shopping that Fairhope offers and the level of detail and cleanliness of the property were top notch. My kids loved the bunk bed room and playing foosball downstairs and my parents and I relaxed upstairs. Mangers were responsive and helpful. Will definitely return!"

"Parking area is excellent; spacious, relatively private. Stepping stones are uneven, only one handrail for the steps, top step into the house is super high, especially for people with balance issues. Shower is EXCELLENT, shower curtain is annoying. Will book again if we return to Mobile!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay on the bay! The home and property had all of the right touches and we immediately felt at home. Thank you for the coffee and cream! It made those porch mornings overlooking the water even better. Our kids enjoyed fishing and beach combing. Do not miss those sunsets on the porch!"

"The photos don’t do it justice! This house is huge!!! It’s a beautiful classic Mobile home. I read many reviews that mentioned the flooring, please don’t let that scare you away, the flooring could use replacing but for the price of our stay it was a great value & no one really minded the flooring. Clean home, many amenities, space for everyone, quiet neighborhood close to all the downtown Mobile attractions. 5 stars for sure! "
