"Arrived from a cruise, 300 metres walk and absolutely drenched due to torrential rain. Bags collected, towel and shower offered to dry out. Amazing service. Room was fantastic and this hotel was WAY WAY WAY better than the horrific stay in the Sydney Harbour Hotel two weeks previously. I cancelled my further stay at the Sydney Harbour Hotel and booked this one and am SO pleased I did. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definately stay here next time I am in Sydney."

"The hotel was well situated and offered lovely accommodations. A minor maintenance issue in the bathroom with the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. The bar snacks in the rooftop bar were very delicious. We stayed an extra day and had the buffet breakfast. This was terrible. They constantly ran out of every food. The staff were rude about it and told one of us to just get something else. But so much was empty. Waited 20 minutes for them to top up the hot water for a cup of tea. Then when...

"Close to Circular Quay this hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast good choices. Our room was quiet and a big bonus we were allowed a 2 hour late check out. Only criticism is that there is not a lot of drawer space for clothes. Overall a great one night stay before our international flight. "
