"This property was perfect for a large group of many ages. We didnt feel overcrowded and theres so much to do with the spa, pool, foosball, air hockey, table tennis, board games and more. We also appreciated how stocked up the kitchen is making cooking also a breeze.Only thing is with little kids you need to be mindful the living room door is kept closed as it opens up to the pool"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We do have one critisism however regarding the lack of curtains or blinds on the windows. It was mentioned by a previous guest but as it was a long time ago I thought it might have been addressed. Unfortunately not. The result was that there was no privacy in the kitchen and lounge which was off putting."

"2 x families stayed at this lovely house. The hosts were attentive and left us flowers and a bottle of wine. Communication was easy and the house was well stocked. The kids absolutely loved the pool! Thanks so much for having us. "

"Fabulous beach house in a wonderful location. Amazing views over Jones beach. 5 minutes walk to local supermarket, coffee shops and incredible fish and chip shop. We absolutely loved our stay thank you. "

"We will definitely be staying here again. The location is breathtakingly perfect and relaxing. The property has absolutely everything you could think off, is spotlessly clean and well maintained. All the furniture inside and outside was very comfortable. The only thing which would make the property an 11/10 would be a little plunge pool to cool off in otherwise we could not fault anything about the property. Loved it so much and we will definitely be booking it every year."

The cost per day does not at all equate to the duration of the day. We checked in at 4pm and although it was stated on the website, in sense this is absolutely unfair and unethical that a customer is made to pay for the whole day and only is able to check in at 4pm. Written in the rental agreement that an earlier check in time could be arranged, this was not...
