My room wasn't available at the scheduled 3 PM check-in time, which was inconvenient. However, I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate me during the wait. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for my room. Their excellent service made the delay much more manageable. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and effort of the staff, though I hope the hotel improves its room readiness for future guests.
