Definitely not what I expected based on the expedia previous experience... Staff spoke poor English, facility was in a very dirty area, facility was small, sink faucet was broken, facility stingy with toilet paper and towels, noisy, people were smoking in rooms with smoke coming into our room via the air system, walls were very thin. The most concerning was that the facility had posted hourly rates. We stayed 4 days with zero cleaning services offered. Truly the worst hotel stay we have ever had. If it tells you anything the staff remained at all times behind a glass window and offered no personal interaction with the customer. When asked about things to see in the area... Answer was "don't have any ideas" when asked how to get to the subway from the facility ... No offer was made... I was shocked that Expedia would include this facility as a part of their online reservations.
