"My family and I stayed here over Christmas for a couple of nights and we’re quite surprised with our stay, the house itself is lovely and the space was great for all the family to be together with our own rooms and the dogs loved it too, however I am disappointed to say the cleanliness of the manor was rather unsatisfactory. "Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. All in all an excellent choice once you've worked out the virtual front desk. If you are booking with Expedia check all the emails for your entrance code. "AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!"

"This was a lovely stay in a nice peaceful location and very easy to find. I would suggest it would be a stretch for 6 people but for a couple or family with 2-3 kids it would be perfect especially if the kids needed separate rooms. Hosts were great with very good communication throughout. Definitely would return again. Hosts were love"
