"The hosts - Karen & Malcolm were so hospitable & helpful. The Laindons Guest House is situated in an excellent location in Old Town, Hastings. The Red room was very comfortable, top quality bed linen and the facilities throughout the property are sublime with every attention to detail made. The selection & quality of the produce at breakfast was outstanding - locally sourced & we would thoroughly recommend the home mage Granola with berry compote - exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for Malcolm who oversees the breakfast service. Would definitely recommend this establishment & we wouldn’t look to stay anywhere else in Old Town, Hastings when we return in future. "

Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment In The Heart Of Historic Hastings Old Town

Perfect stay

"Wanted to visit the shops/art gallery/museums in the area. This location could not have been better. Needs some up-dating but the cost of our stay (very reasonable) reflects this. Reluctant to complain but the apartment is listed as 2 bathrooms whereas in fact it was a shower/bathroom and a separate loo and sink. Overall would highly recommend. Thank you Martyn."

Absolutely spotless

"Andrew and Clare are absolutely delightful hosts nothing was too much trouble for them.The apartment was very cosy and yet spacious absolutely immaculate throughout it’s ideally located and there’s even a slight sea veiw from two of the rooms.would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we definitely be coming back."
