Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment In The Heart Of Historic Hastings Old Town

This modern apartment is very spacious and has been recently renovated to a very high standard with new carpets throughout, new 3 piece suite, drapes etc. It is ideal for a family holiday or short break. All windows are double or triple glazed for peace and quiet. There are two bedrooms, a double and one with two single beds (which can be pushed together to make another double) there is also a sofa bed for an additional guest if required. Huge lounge - dining room with big satellite TV. Fitted large kitchen/breakfast room with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and hob. Separate toilet and bathroom with power shower. Ample storage space for cases and kit. Free Wi Fi using the fishing tackle shop below BT Infinity business hub (which is very fast about 70MB). Parking is not allowed in the courtyard behind the apartment except for unloading and access is very tricky through a very tight Old Town archway - for modest cars only. There are plenty of public car parks within easy walking distance.
Basic provisions (bread, milk tea coffee sugar etc.) will be provided initially. There are several shops nearby for essentials and several supermarkets in town.

Lovely Flat
The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Very spacious flat in a great location. Light rooms it had everything we needed for our long weekend. Martyn was very helpful and accessible. We had trouble with the tv but it wasn’t a massive problem as we were out most of the time.

We stayed here recently as a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). We were visiting family in nearby Seddlescombe and had come all the way from New Zealand. The apartment had everything we needed to sustain our stay and more. It was warm & clean and Martyn was very helpful. Having the use of a washing machine was hugely beneficial having been travelling for 3 weeks already at that time.

This property was great for a family of four( it could accommodate two more but that makes it a little more tight). It was very close to the beaches, the boardwalk, mini golf, restaurants and pubs, and the east cable car that takes you ( you can also walk up several 100 stairs!) and then you are at an open recreation mt. Park. We were really impressed with the accommodation- clean, well stocked, and a very helpful manager!

Very spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Old Town in Hastings. Clean and everything met our needs. Close to various pubs, eating places etc. A small walk to the seafront. Martyn was always available to answer any questions we had. All-in-all a lovely vacation for my son and I.

Lovely apartment
A very spacious apartment in an excellent location. The property had everything we needed for our stay. A huge lounge, well appointed kitchen, two large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Our host, Martyn, was always nearby and was very friendly. His friend Cliff even took one of our group to the hospital when she had a fall. I would definitely recommend this property

Large flat in great location
The first floor flat is perfectly positioned at the edge of Hastings Old Town and a lovely bakery was just a 1 minute walk away. Martyn was very friendly when he met us to handover keys and show us around. The rooms were all very generous in size. The kitchen could do with freshening up but had everything we needed. There are nearby carparks but we chose on-street parking about half a mile away. The bedrooms were comfy and we slept well. All in all, this was a great base for our stay.

Die Wohnung ist groß ind hat alles was man braucht, teilweise etwas ältere Ausstattung aber funktionsfähig und ausreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Martyn war nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein nettes Wochenende.

Perfect stay
Wanted to visit the shops/art gallery/museums in the area. This location could not have been better. Needs some up-dating but the cost of our stay (very reasonable) reflects this. Reluctant to complain but the apartment is listed as 2 bathrooms whereas in fact it was a shower/bathroom and a separate loo and sink. Overall would highly recommend. Thank you Martyn.
