- No smoking policy is strictly enforced: A Fee of $300 will be assessed if a smell of smoke of any kind is detected inside the condo upon departure.
- Failure to return the parking pass or gate key card to the property will result in extra charges ($100 per each)
- Late check out for longer than 15 minutes without permission will result in a fee of 1/2 the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

No hot tub or pool in use & no sea view
Apartment was very comfortable, very clean with lots of helpful extras like washing powder, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels & chairs, in kitchen condiments, coffee, teas, sugar, honey, cooking oil, bin liners, soap, dishwashing soap & dishwasher pods & delightfully decorated. Sadly your advert led us to believe it had a balcony, hot tub & sea views. Balcony unusable with views of untidy backyards,Pretty tiny beach 2 blocks away, hot tub broken & pool shut. Most disappointing as only chose it for use of hot tub & pool.This is the 2nd property with you over Christmas period that has let us down - our Son Dominic Smart rented a family villa in Cape Coral on our behalf which didn’t have enough beds for our twin 6’7” grandsons - it was advertised as 3 large double beds & twin bedded room - it was a double bed that only fitted one of them so other slept very uncomfortably on the sofa hurting his back & giving him no privacy. We could only heat either the pool or the hot tub not both at same time! So we never got to swim as hoped.This house lacked any helpful extras in the kitchen or bathroom unlike Sharon Friend’s apartment.

Great secluded beach community
Bermuda Bay is right on Boca Ciega Bay with excellent amenities ; tennis courts, pickle ball, and 2 pools. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need. Sharon is excellent to deal with. We had a an amazing vacation.

Under construction but still beautiful
I didn’t read the fine lines. The listing stated that the patio is not accessible due to construction. The patio sliding doors were covered by plywood. Check in process was easy. Communication was quick and easy. It was so cute inside. Well equipped with kitchen items, beach towels and chairs. They even left us a chilled bottle of wine and chilled glasses for our anniversary! Pool, jacuzzi and bay beach were great! We saw dolphin in the bay. It was close to all the St. Pete activities. Jacuzzi and pool by the bay closes at 9pm.

Cute clean location
The property was cute. Owner was nice and available. Hot tube and pool only open until 8 great if you don’t plan on doing stuff in other areas past an early dinner time. Sadly we picked location for the hot tub lol. Didn’t get to use it. But overall nice place.

Felt like home - beautiful condo and attention to detail at every turn.
The Owner was very responsive. The check-in was very easy and I loved the welcome sign. The condo was meticulous and had everything you could think of that you would need for your stay. The Association was doing some work on the outside of the buildings, which would have been nice to know the extent of ahead of time. Overall I would give 5 stars!
