We have raised a claim (beware that this is booked through a separate agency Herez who once you have paid take very little interest or care. We took pictures and sent to Vrbo and Agency Herez of brown stained pillows, old bed blankets, broken and filthy shower and the whole place is old and tired. Nothing like the pictures on the website.
