"Nice friendly staff, site very well kept, properties were a bit tired but nice and clean on arrival but no towels are supplied so suggest bringing your own, bed's are not made up and you are expected to strip them on the day you leave, the cooker was not easy to work as it was old and most of the marks on the dials had worn off. I would recommend staying here."

"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. "We have just come home from a wonderful week away in Carbis Bay and we genuinely didn't want to leave. Gardenside is simply amazing and the hosts have thought of everything as the house is perfectly equipped. It was a home from home. The views from the main living area and the master bedroom are like something from a postcard. Its location is perfect for walks into St Ives and down to the beach.
