I should have read the small print but did seem excessive. The apartment is spacious and perfect for what we needed. The stairs are a killer though especially with luggage etc. All the basics are there cutlery crockery etc. There are no drinks provided tea coffee etc unlike in main hotel. "Nice little room only hotel with very friendly staff on duty 24 hrs. Close to King Cross and St Pancras stations and not far from Coal Drops Yard with lots of places to eat or drink. There is no lift in this accommodation and if you’re in a 4th floor room it’s a bit of a climb, particularly with luggage. Rooms were clean and tidy with a lovely little wet room. Nice and quiet and would definitely use this hotel again. "
