"Positives - Great staff, especially Togo, executive lounge was excellent and the choice of food and drinks was exceptional. Negatives - 1. I booked an executive room and the booking confirmation stated it was 2 TWIN BEDS, however that was NOT what we got. Our room had 2 very small single beds which was more suitable for children rather than 2 elderly adults. The other complaint was that the TV in our room was constantly losing internet connection despite maintenance checking on it. "
