"Extremely helpful staff. Very obliging We have an electric car, there are very few fast charging points in Cornwall, no charging points in this village and very slow 7kw ones in the nearest town. By the time we arrived at the pub we had only 30 miles left, once we found out that the village didn’t have any charging points the bar staff were very sweet to offer their parents home charger, but we had to reject as home chargers are slow at around 2kw, the nearest town was Tavistock but they only...

"The property was fair and they did have a good breakfast. But that the town who is lacking in dining and other amenities it's a very small town. One would be better to stay in Princetown. "

"Gorgeous cottage with lots of character, low ceilings in areas but you soon learnt to dodge. All part of the character. Stair banister rail stunning character made from drift wood. All rooms on suite so no fighting over bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath downstairs. The owners were very welcoming and full book with instructions on arrival. As well as lots of ideas of places to visit. Fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and the added dry herbs etc in the kitchen added to the homely feel for the week....
